1. Order Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

  • Times: 5-10 business days. Estimates, not guarantees.

4. Packaging

  • Vases: Individually wrapped in bubble wrap or foam; boxes marked "Fragile."

  • Figurines: Wrapped with padding; delicate items protected.

  • Flower Baskets: Boxed with protective padding.

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box upon delivery. If damaged, note with carrier and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours with photos. Keep all packaging.

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours. Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
