7. Are your products handmade?
Many items are handmade or hand-finished, giving each piece unique variations in color, texture, and size. These are not defects.

• Ceramic/Glass: Hand wash with mild soap; dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

• Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry immediately.

• Avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock).

9. How do I care for my figurine?
Dust with soft cloth or brush. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

10. How do I care for my flower basket?

• Woven: Dust regularly; avoid moisture.

• Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.
